Payment Terms
Invoice PaymentUMG Summits requires full payment of the invoiced amount within seven (7) working days from the date of invoice.

Right to Refuse EntryUMG Summits reserves the right to deny entry to any participant who has not made full payment on time.
Right to Modify Event Components
Minor Adjustments
UMG Summits may change or substitute elements of an event (such as session times, speakers, or venue details) if necessary, provided that the event’s core purpose and content are not substantially altered.

No Automatic Reimbursement
In the case of non-essential changes, participants are not entitled to a fee reduction or refund if these adjustments are reasonable under the circumstances.

Substitution Policy
Substitutions
Substituting a delegate is permitted at any time without an additional fee.However, UMG Summits requests a minimum of three (3) days’ notice before the event to process the necessary arrangements.‍
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by DelegateRequests to cancel attendance must be submitted in writing (via post or email) at least four (4) weeks before the event start date to receive a full credit note for a future UMG Summits event.
All fees are strictly non-refundable.Failure to attend (“no show”) does not constitute cancellation, and no refunds or credits will be provided.‍
Cancellation by UMG SummitsIf UMG Summits cancels an event already in progress, participants will receive a 100% refund of fees paid.UMG Summits is not liable for cancellations due to circumstances beyond its control (e.g., natural disasters, accidents, sabotage, industrial disputes, disease outbreaks, terrorist activities). In such cases, delegates will receive a full credit note toward a future event.‍
Data Protection
Consent & Removal
By registering, participants consent to the use of their data in accordance with these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Participants may withdraw this consent at any time by submitting a written request; data will be removed promptly.
Photography, Video, and Recording Rights
Organizer’s Rights
UMG Summits (or its designated vendors) may record or photograph sessions and general event activities. By attending, participants acknowledge and grant UMG Summits the right to use any such footage or photographs for marketing, archival, or other legitimate business purposes.
Participant RecordingsParticipants may take reasonable photos or videos for personal use only, provided they do not disrupt the event or infringe on third-party rights.
Any commercial or large-scale recordings require prior written approval from UMG Summits.
Limitation of Liability
General LimitationsUMG Summits will not be liable for slight negligence in the event of breaches of non-essential contractual obligations.
UMG Summits is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your participation.
Personal InjuryNothing in these Terms limits or excludes UMG Summits’ liability for death or personal injury caused by UMG Summits’ negligence or willful misconduct.
Force Majeure
In situations of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, war, terrorism, governmental restrictions), UMG Summits’ obligations are deemed suspended for the duration of the force majeure event.
Participants are not entitled to claim damages against UMG Summits under force majeure circumstances.
No Right to Claim Damages
Except in the cases of proven gross negligence or willful misconduct by UMG Summits (resulting in direct personal injury or demonstrable financial harm), participants agree they have no right to claim damages or seek compensation from UMG Summits, beyond any credit note or refund explicitly mentioned in these Terms.
Jurisdiction and Governing Law
Applicable LawThese Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
Dispute ResolutionAll disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be settled in the competent courts of England and Wales.
UMG Summits reserves the right to pursue claims in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Copyright and Intellectual Property
Conference Materials
All intellectual property rights in materials produced and distributed by UMG Summits in connection with any event are expressly reserved.
Participants must not publish or distribute event materials (such as agendas or presentation slides) without prior written permission from UMG Summits.
Usage RestrictionsThe conference agenda and related content are intended solely for the recipient. No part of this material may be shared publicly or published online without UMG Summits’ explicit prior consent.
Important Note
Validity of BookingAny booking form submitted without acceptance of these Terms (or lacking a signature if submitted offline) is considered invalid.
Event Postponements and Changes
UMG Summits reserves the right to postpone the event, change the location, or replace confirmed speakers. If these changes are made, participants who choose to cancel will receive a full credit note toward a future event organized by UMG Summits.
Hotel information may be provided closer to the event date (typically at least one month prior). We appreciate your patience.
